FitVault offers a comprehensive platform for monitoring and comparing your fitness, activity, well-being, and sleep metrics with those of others, thanks to its distinctive Health ID algorithms. Regardless of whether you have a relationship with any of our health and fitness partners, you can easily leverage the capabilities of FitVault.

1. As a Multiply member, you can conveniently record your visits to gyms and fitness studios by scanning the QR code provided within their premises using the FitVault app.
2. If you use a fitness device, FitVault seamlessly syncs with your Apple HealthKit Application to access your step count and exercise data. By meeting specific step and calorie targets, you can earn Active Dayz™ through the platform.
